Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to direct bookings with View Apartments Bali (PT Island Escape Rentals). Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to that platform's cancellation policy.

1. Deposit & payment

A deposit of 20% of the total is required to confirm a direct booking.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in, unless agreed otherwise.

2. Cancellation by the guest

Free cancellation 20 days or more before check-in — full refund.
Cancellation 15–19 days before check-in — 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 days or less before check-in, or no-show — no refund.

3. Cancellation by us

In the rare event that we must cancel a booking (for example, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, or an alternative date if available.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Any bank or transfer fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
