3. Bookings

Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are governed by that platform's own terms and cancellation policy.
Direct bookings are confirmed by us in writing (via WhatsApp or email). Availability and pricing are confirmed per request.
Check-in / check-out times and house rules are provided with your booking confirmation.

4. Property sales listings

Properties shown for sale are listed in cooperation with a licensed partner agency.
Information (price, availability, specifications) is indicative and subject to change; it does not constitute an offer to sell.
Any purchase is subject to a separate agreement with the seller and the applicable law of the Republic of Indonesia.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, video, design, logo) is owned by or licensed to PT Island Escape Rentals and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
